This product is developed to compare the content of two folders. There is nothing mentioned about its ability to compare two hard drives. I suggest, if you want to compare two hard drives, to compare their folders, one by one. Also, make sure that you are using the program with Administrator rights. By not doing this, some reading errors may occur.
